Healing Connections for Youth is a no-cost, two-day, equine-assisted mental health program for teens ages 14-17, focused on building emotional resilience, improving mental health literacy, and fostering healthy relationships. Through engaging activities, including equine (horse) therapy, creative expression, and mindfulness, teens gain practical tools to manage stress and enhance their overall well-being in a supportive environment.

Femme-identifying teens ages 14-17 seeking emotional support and personal growth.
Who is PBJ Connections?
We are a team of Mental Health and Equine(horse) professionals that have been providing mental health treatment to Central Ohioans since 2006. We recognize that some people need more than weekly, hour long, talk therapy sessions to heal. Our program has served children ages 6 and up for 20 years.

We offer this program to all equally regardless of ability to pay through scholarships. The total cost per person is $270.
